Accredited Medical Education highly recommends that you discuss non-AHA courses with your hospital and/or supervisor before purchasing or enrolling in a course. Some hospitals and organizations do not accept non-AHA courses. It is your responsibility to confirm that it is accepted in your individual circumstance. Accredited Medical Education will refund enrollment cost in full if our certification/recertification card is not accepted under specific circumstances. If you purchase and enroll but never finish the course and never receive the certification/recertification card and find out that our course and card are not accepted, you can email us at administration@onlineaclspals.com for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you finish the course and receive a card and then find out our course and card are not accepted, you can request a full refund by providing the name and phone number of administration in HR that has made this decision. Email us and we will contact them to discuss our course and attempt to get our course accepted by them. If we cannot get our course accepted, we will refund the cost of enrollment in full if you have emailed us within 15 days of purchase or 14 days of completion. If the name on a completed course certificate is ever changed, we cannot refund the course fees. We will not refund the cost of enrollment if the refund policy criteria is not met.
