What if my hospital does not accept your certification?

Is your course AHA (American Heart Association) approved?

No purely online course is approved or endorsed by the AHA. We do follow AHA recommendations and our courses are based off of the most recent AHA guidelines.

What if I do not pass the exam at the end of the course?

If you initially don’t pass the course, simply review the materials and retake the exam. Our courses offer unlimited exams until you pass.

Is the exam timed?

No, take your time and review the course materials while taking the exam at your own pace.

How quickly do I get my digital card?

You can save and/or print your card off instantly once you pass the exam.

Why is your course less expensive than other online courses?

This course was well planned and many upfront costs were trimmed to offer the same product as other online courses at a more reasonable cost to you.

What if I lose my card?

You have access to your course for 2 years. You can reprint your card as many times as you want during that 2 year access.

 


Refund Policy/Money Back Guarantee

Accredited Medical Education highly recommends that you discuss non-AHA courses with your hospital and/or supervisor before purchasing or enrolling in a course.  Some hospitals and organizations do not accept non-AHA courses.  It is your responsibility to confirm that it is accepted in your individual circumstance.  Accredited Medical Education will refund enrollment cost in full if our certification/recertification card is not accepted under specific circumstances.  If you purchase and enroll but never finish the course and never receive the certification/recertification card and find out that our course and card are not accepted, you can email us at administration@onlineaclspals.com for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.  If you finish the course and receive a card and then find out our course and card are not accepted, you can request a full refund by providing the name and phone number of administration in HR that has made this decision.  Email us and we will contact them to discuss our course and attempt to get our course accepted by them.  If we cannot get our course accepted, we will refund the cost of enrollment in full if you have emailed us within 15 days of purchase or 14 days of completion.  If the name on a completed course certificate is ever changed, we cannot refund the course fees.  We will not refund the cost of enrollment if the refund policy criteria is not met.  Allow 5 business days from initial email for our initial response.

Accredited Medical Education and website creator Dr Jeff Martin MD (both entities from here on known as AME) provides online Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification and recertification courses as well as quizzes/exams that allow individuals who have purchased and enrolled in our course(s) to earn a certification or recertification card/certificate after fully completing and successfully passing a course quiz/exam.  This site and its services do not constitute the practice of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.  The American Heart Association (AHA) does not certify, approve, or accredit AME courses because the AHA does not certify, approve, or accredit any completely online course or any other providers other than their own associated training facilities.  AME highly recommends that you study and master the latest AHA guidelines, as well as consider an AHA approved classroom program, which teaches clinical and procedural skills along with the knowledge portion of BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS training.  AME also highly recommends you review other ancillary education in BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS procedural skills, pre-hospital work-up, hospital work-up, hospital stabilization, and other intellectual and mental skills.  AME believes AHA is the standard of care for BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses and information.  Taking this course does not substitute for taking an AHA course and should not be thought of as an equivalent course.
